I took my car to Big Brand Tire for an alignment because I kept noticing it pulling to the right. Iâm picky about how the steering feels, so at first I paid close attention and it did seem a little better. But after a few days, the steering wheel was still sitting off center and the pull started coming back. The staff was nice and easy to deal with, but the actual alignment just didnât work out for me. I ended up taking it somewhere else to have it checked

"Clean shop, good service"
Came in for tires and had a solid experience. The place was clean, the waiting area was comfortable, and the staff was friendly. No complaints at all. 5 stars.

They fixed it once, but the same problem came back quickly. When I reached out to support, it felt like they were trying to blame me instead of looking into why the repair didnât last. Really frustrating experience.

They got my tires done really quickly, which I appreciated. That said, they pushed a lot of extra services while I was there, and Iâm cautious about agreeing to add-ons without fully understanding whether theyâre actually needed. I didnât love feeling pressured, so Iâd just recommend going in knowing what you want and double-checking anything extra before saying yes.

I booked an appointment on bigbrandtire and picked a time that showed as available. When I got there, they had no idea about it and just said the system doesnât always update correctly. I had planned my whole day around that appointment and still ended up waiting forever. whatâs the point of offering online booking if it doesnât actually hold your spot? Just a frustrating experience overall.

I had an issue after my visit and tried to get Big Brand Tire to help sort it out, but I just kept getting passed around. Nobody really followed up, and I actually had to call more than once just to try to get an answer. In the end, I still left with the same problem, so I wonât be going back.

They did end up helping me, so I appreciate that, but it took way longer than I expected. At one point it felt like nobody had even read my message, which was frustrating. Glad it got sorted in the end, but the response time could definitely be better

They figured out what was going on with my tire quick and were honest about it, which I really appreciated. It did take a bit longer than I thought it would, but overall it was a good experince and Iâd go back.

I mostly stopped by because this shop is really close to my house, which is super convenient. Getting there was easy enough, but the visit itself felt kind of slow and not very organized. I might go back, but only because the location works so well for me đ

"Not a lot of tire options for my car"
I went on there just trying to find a basic all-season tire, nothing fancy, and the options were kind of disappointing. I kept thinking maybe I was filtering wrong or missing something, but nope, it would either show tires that didnât fit my car or ones that were already out of stock.
Maybe itâs totally fine if you have a more common tire size, I donât know, but for mine it just turned into this annoying little search that went nowhere. After clicking around for a while and getting frustrated, I gave up and ordered from another place.

"Something about it didnât sit right with me"
Thinking back on it, the pricing just didnât match what I remembered being told upfront. Maybe I missed something, but it really felt like the details changed once it was time to pay. After that, I couldnât shake the feeling that Iâd been misled, it made it hard to trust them again...

I got new tires here last week and overall it was a average experience in a good way. I wasnât expecting the cheapest deal in town, and the price ended up feeling fair enoughânot a bargain, but not outrageous either. The service was fine and everything went smoothly. I just went in hoping the final total would come out a little lower than it did

Overall, it was fine, but they couldâactually, I wish they would reply a bit faster. Sometimes I felt like I was waiting longer than expected for a response.

"Brake service left me feeling brushed off"
I took my car to Big Brand Tire for brake service and left disappointed. After I picked it up, the brakes still felt off, like something wasnât quite right. When I brought up my concern, I didnât really feel like I was being taken seriously, which made the whole thing even more frustrating.
The staff wasnât rude or anything, but I felt kind of dismissed, like I was just being picky instead of pointing out a real issue. I ended up taking the car somewhere else to get it checked, and for what I paid, I really expected it to be handled correctly the first time. I donât see myself going back

The coupon actually worked and I ended up saving some cash, so Iâm happy about that. I do wish whoever runs this made the process a little clearer, but in the end it did what it was supposed to do

"Quick Help Without an Appointment"
I walked in without a booking and they were able to take my car quickly, well, quicker than I expected anyway. I did have to wait a little bit, but it wasnât bad at all. The staff was nice and they got everything taken care of.
